i tried the hi bible b4... it seems dont apply to this new format..
i now cant even hi a person with an accurate number...
we all spend years to know deeply about this game... so the beginner have to suffer... haha

ok, ive read all the stuff about the game, but whats more important(as far as upgrades goes) your actual level or you experience?

You need xp t level up pretty much cancel them selfs out lol

What hes trying to say IS that both are important.
you need Experience to reach higher levels.
higher the level the more upgrades you unlock.
(and more cars you can use)
So therfor they are both importnt and work together to get upgrades for cars.

u have 2 play 4urself and see how it is play couple hours.... some weeks ulll get most of the game... exp> it urself.. GReat GAme
