All the credits that you buy will carry over to the next round because you paid for them.
For example.
If you're a nonmember, and you buy $10 worth of credits which is 4,000 credits. If you're maxed out with the credits you incurred, you would have 5,000 credits in total. If you buy, and you ended up never using them up at the end of the round, and the next round, you should still have 5,000 credits.
Same with being member, if you incurred 2,000 credits and you buy $10 worth of credits, and maxed out at 6,000 credits and you will still have them next round.
