got 2 cars a mustang LX coupe and a mitsi' eclipse and it will not let me tune them only weight reduction.
every tab i click on the tuning section it says 'no parts available'

Ummm I would say im close. Level 20 #2 on drivers list. highest level 20 player...so do it race me offline. My tires are about bald, and my fuel goes fast. lots of wins to be given if its timed right.
