I stole a car an it had stage 9 turbo stage 9 nos stage 10 weight and stage 9 port and polish. I Bought an ecu and a intercooler an when i went back to my garage everything was back to stage one. Can u fix that where i have back stages like they were.

I cant dyno tune cause it says im pending a race. so i logged out and in and still the same. so i logged out and came back 3 hours later and still im pending. gawwwd damn. can anyone help me ?
