Log in: when logging out your status should be reset to home after a certain amount of time offline until someone online races you.Then after a certain amount of time it should be reset back to home if not raced.
Garage cars do not count as nw until sold..This way noone can hide their entire nw in their garage.
Home Invasion: Get rid of this insane lvl 3 cap. Everyone is sitting at lvl 2 just so they can not be hit until the end of the session.This makes HI useless throughout the entire game till the end. Everyone is capable of cruising for models and calenders weather in a car or not just takes longer without a car. So there is always a way to gain nw(old school way). The only thing this feature is doing is benefitting the racers.
Boosts.... Certain status make it easier or harder to boost. Racing status should be off limits unless you put a mad insane combo on that status.
Each and everyone of these suggestions are from a previous version None of this is new.

I feel like Crew Battling is not balanced correctly. Crew Models are based outside of anything Crew Based which is a little disappointing, obviously Crew Models have to be obtained in some form but they should not be able to be lost in anything that is outside of a Crew Battle. So in my attempt to make Crew Battles more competitive and fun and something that you can gloat about achieving and winning here are my suggestions below.
1: Crew Models can leave a Crew if you lose Crew Battles and Join the Winning Crew
Why? Simple, adds more strategy to Crew Battles to ensure that when there are a lot of good competing crews, that your car is faster than all of them or risk the loss of Crew Models which can help the other crew beat you in the long run.
2: Crew Models less likely to leave while being worked
Crew Models leave quite often while being worked and this is not necessarily something that makes sense, especially if I am paying 25 percent to my Crew Models every single time. Crew Models should only leave you during Crew Battles when leaving the slow team and joining the winning team makes sense, after all to them its all about winning.
3: Crew Model Gain
Crew Models should be based on vicious competition between Crew's what does this mean? Simple, you will not gain Crew Models by racing people who have no competing crew. This means that you now have to beat other Crew Members in races and with the race changes I proposed this would be purely competitive and it would not effect other parts of the game like going for First place. This would simply be a Crew Battle in itself because not only do you have to out race them to gain Crew Models for your Crew, but it also adds strategy to who you choose to be members in your crew. You have to choose the right one or one of them may slow you down or actually hurt your Crew by allowing others to gain Crew Models.
4: Offsetting the Crew Model Gain
The problem with this is networking, setting up Crew's who do not actually compete and racing them constantly so to offset this and make it more race based instead of network based, you can only gain Models from Crews who are actually competing, so for instance if a crew has a Honda Civic and their entire Crew is level 1's and they don't even race, you will not gain Crew Models from them. You would only gain Crew Models from racing Crew's who have a good W/L Ratio, a good Crew Models amount, and a Good Average Level.
5: Final Balancing
As the above will not be workable at the beginning of the session crew battling and the above should not be active until a minimum of 3 Crew's with 3 members in them have been formed. Once this has been formed they can gain Crew Models from racing each other.
Now for the final part you can make it so that the Crew's have to be leveling and improving their CM's and Average Skill to be eligible I don't know how this would work or if it is possible for you to code Crescent but I would love an Eligibility so that Crew's have to constantly be working for Crew Money, Racing for Models and Level to remain Eligible not only for Crew Races but to be a Crew that others can obtain Crew Models from putting an end to Free Win Crews.

This is a one basis suggestion to fix racing and making it good for lifeless people and people who do have a life so below I will list my suggestions and give reasons for it.
1: With 2 minute races, I suggest 5 credit races for online and offline, this allowing people to race online throughout the entire time they are online and have credits to work or cruise with before going offline. This is a really simple suggestion unlike some of the others. This is a necessity in my opinion to eliminate spend racing but also needs to come with other balancing fixes to make this a viable option.
2: Offline race losses do not effect your Model Happiness's W/L Ratio.
This means that if you log on and race at the beginning of the session and you log off to 100-0 and you take 50 losses while offline that your Model Happiness will still be 100 percent, the only thing that would effect your model happiness would be losing online races in any form.
3: Offline XP to the opponent increased
This is simple, if you change races to allow people to race throughout the entire time they are online you have to balance things out so that lifeless people do not have a massive advantage so what this means is that the higher level somebody is racing a lower level offline, the more XP that offline person would get. Instead of a Level 1 being spammed offline and logging on to a level 1, they would log on to a 3 or a 4 or however much XP they gained while they were offline. This makes things more balanced and makes it so that as mentioned above their model happiness will still allow them to compete for first while gaining XP while they are offline.
4: More XP for Lower Levels
I know I mentioned above about giving more XP while being raced offline but you should gain more XP for racing the same level as you or a higher level. This would make leveling faster for Lower Levels so they can catch up to the lifeless people, now obviously at the end of the session a lifeless person may end up being higher level still but it won't be by much, in reality if you put in enough work you would be able to beat a lifeless person in Level with these methods being implemented. This is really a necessity one as I feel like Lower Level Players are not being able to be used properly.
5: Base XP
What I mean by this is that races right now have a Base XP, I gain 39 XP a race right now so as mentioned above if I am racing a Level 1 and I am level 9 I gain the Base XP for racing that person which in this case would be 39 XP. Somebody else who is Level 3 racing a Level 1 may gain 45 XP or whatever figures Crescent would come up with, either way, the higher level you are the more other people would have the opportunity to catch up to you. This is another necessity in my opinion to balance racing and make it so that lifeless people and people who have a life can race on a game they enjoy racing on without having negatives.
6: Offsetting the above changes
Obviously we cannot have everybody going 4000-0 every session because that is just absurd and unrealistic so what I suggest is adding track elements such as your car breaking down, tires going out, engine failure, whatever you can add as I don't know it all, but whatever you can add to make random losses occur so that W/L Ratio's are somewhat realistic.
I think if all of this is added racing will become a lot more balanced and a lot more popular as everybody will have a chance to race and not just that but losses will be viable and you can now compete for First place even if you have a lot of losses.

While doing some working I realized that my model happiness has now dropped tremendously despite the 89 W/L I have and the 88 happiness I have had nearly all session.
I think the model happiness may be bugged.

So we got crew battles started last night with Bond buying an Eclipse and me having a fully tuned Corvette Stingray which I know for a fact beats an Eclipse especially at level 7 as I used the Stingray at level 7 yet I wake up to 9 losses and no time stamp for these crew battles.
I think crew battles are broken

i raced kiro onlin for a pink slips battle and he had no fuel and i was full up and my car was taken. and now i have a loss again and missing my car.. the bug is how can a car with zero fuel beat a car with full amount of fuel? the timeslip shows he dnf'd because of no fuel but he still ran a time and won????
