Any chance of them be answered.....I have been very patient but 6 days to reply to a billing issue is not good enough...
It works like this..24hr turn around is great service, 48 hr service turn around is good service, 72hr is only just....100hr turn around is poor but 144hr with out a response is not poor service its arrogance......
