hey hey hey,
im looking for some tips/guides on how to recruit import models?
i look in the beginners thread but your not allowed to post threads in there :S

Make sure youve got no IMs to begin with.
Then target someone, begin with a number like 25000 or something along those lines till you begin to recruit IMs, once you got enough, lose them all again and start the process over.
Not entirely sure how this works as ive never tried it, but hope this helps

yes starting at 0 is the best.....also have a good pimpfactor car...and i myself use 150k calenders...ive gottin anywhere from 2 to 1.2k IMS
