i have an AMG...my driving level is 4..and everything is upgraded to 3...im runnin 96% in the dyno..and i pretty much have every part in my car...yet i raced a civic..and he beat me..and he says hes only upgraded to 2....how was about .4 sec ahead..how is that?
what lvl was he.. what level are you.. if you got anymore q.. kindly read the faq..

ITs called being a sleeper. A person will upgrade just enough to have decent power and tune their car. The only way to tell what level he is is to check what it says after he's raced. I'm not sure the exact level it changes for the middle 2, but I know the 1st and last:
amature = 1~4
handle their vehichle = 5~8
pro 9~15
unstoppable = 16+
