How do i get crew models? I jsut made a new team and i want to make some money. I had like 2k regular models, but no team models. Please help

You can get Crew Models by winning Online Races. The better your Wins/Losses ratio is, the better chance of you getting +1 when you win a race.

Also keep in mind that you can only get 1 model per race, but can lose more than 1 when you work incorrectly. So be careful.
