trust me,ive been trying to HI,but with how slow creds come in and how long it took me to get to level 10 (best level for HI this low)..hi'ing is soo hard now for some reason..+ the risk was huge..i was loosing 500k+ trying to hi homie..now i only loose around 175k i think if i get caught on him..n i get caught like everytime..EXP would be good along side easier hi'ing

yea ive been hitting aswell ... well trying to ... credits are slow ... real slow for stealing ... i can add exp to stealing .. and as stated above adjust stealing so you acutly have a chance ?

HI, stealing, etc has been made easier (less credits required)

Ok, I've updated the cars so when fully mod'd, they will all run pretty equal (at the same Skill level of course).
I have not made it live yet though, as I'm worried that there would be no difference in choosing one car over the other if done this way.
Thoughts?

I've made the vehicle speed adjustments live. All cars should run pretty equal now.

Skyline GT-R should rip your shity miatas/mustangs etc etc. the cars need to be more realistic, when i say realistic this is a game baed on fucking numbers with no resbilance of anything real.
s13/14/15 will run low 13's with intake, exhaust, intercooler and boost tap.
on here they run 17's. my shity no turbo 4wd primera will run 16's
