Basicly Cres,if someone hits level 10,with exactly 0.00% of exp and they dont do a single race again and so if they stay at 0.00% exp then they can keep clicking claim the the level 10 achievement,because they are exactly on the level...as soon as they go past 0.00% to like 0.01% or above...it claims it.
