Well its been a long time..............No response to my support ticket and still no Icons.......Would be nice to get my reward for paying to play this game.
They sure dont hesitate to take my money but when i earn icons it would be nice to have them.

give them all ur information again...
and in the support ticket put what icon's, your in game name, your user id number
and they should get on it

i sent my support ticket for my icons a looong time ago as well as one for my prize claim. no response. seems like customer support isn't something they give much thought to.
