if you are caught breaking the rules sometimes they lower it. say they make it 50% user rating you would only be able to hold 50% of your credits. so instead of 2k credits for a member you could only hold 1k. and instead of getting 20 every 5 minutes you could only gain 10 every 5 minutes.
