yeah the rules state that the medals will not go to players that purposely hold there selfs back to obtain those medals

im not a vet, so if i do get any of those lower level ide medals by any chance, i better not get band cuz iv only played like 7 sessions and no medals.
8 sessions if you count the 1 where i got a membership and never played 2 months ago.

ehm, to my understanding, as long as he's not at 100%, I don't think Raymond should really do anything about it..

I second that motion for retardedness. I think what ray was trying to do was throw some medals towards the newer players who are having a hard time leveling and what not. I believe that is why he added the statement saying that if anybody is holding there level back so that they get those medals, those medals will be stripped off them, they will not be banned though

Mike, tell me this.. How did you get your IDE? By being good at MC? Or because the game's owner decided to give icons to new players, aka N00BS?
I am all against giving out this many icons per round, especially for IDE -.-

Maybe by learning to tune a half shyt car and race 4 minutes a day? Nah, I think you should have ONE set of icons, for the best racer to get, not the lucky noob who can tune cars!
