Because the person to get this medal would have won if he wasn't slaughtered by the HI'ers. This person accumulated the most wealth throughout the game, and a victim medal (which i foresee as one of the most coveted medals of the future) would be a consolation prize to the player who could have gotten first.
And if a person gets first place aaaand the biggest victim medal?
...well...then he's just a baller
I dunno...maybe, whatever. Y'know, but...I guess.

what??? Airman agreeing with you should be a warning sign...no, no people don't TRY for the victim medal, they get it as a sign that they almost made it. People look back and say....ohh Panda had the victim medal this round, so he was almost first, he was really close...and thats respect. Can you imagine?

Why don't we add a medal for most hours online and least hours online....Damm we should get a medal for opening an MC account then a medal for ever round played. NO no how about a medal just for loging in during the day??? C'mon ppl do we realy need 50 different medals????
