I'm not sure if level is a factor.. I think it used to be but not sure now..
Net to Net is a factor
Status is a factor
and Total number of credits is a factor
Also heard total number of attempts is a factor, but I'm not sure on that either.

lol i agree none of that matters
my first two HI's this round were level one and my first 10 attempts... status only matters for what numbers i use and timeing is the biggest thing always has been always will be...
if i bought shitloads of credits i could just punch in numbers till my fingers went numb but thats not the case
thats why i have 7 hits in two days its not magic or anything to do with me buying credits thats actually without spending if i spent i'd have more than anyone....

Your first few attempts have always been the luckiest...
...and timing has always mattered as well

Jered is not the one to believe on this one... he is good.. but he didn't get there without timeing and help...
i am living proof of self teaching at its best... so don't show me a thread of useless information with stupid bullshit floating around...
none of it matters...
some of the points made are true... but not all...
why don't we have justin (teet) come and reply to some of these accusations of what works best...
there is no right answer.. for some people its spending the most money cough(zura) and others its actual skill and patience and finding the right oppurtunity... teet and dan danger hated when i used to come online becuase they would be in the middle of boosting each other up and here i come and steal all their shit with 4 good hits...
but anyways this thread was made just to post thefts not to be flooded by forum whores and questions...
