Now this is being weird.
i downloaded the stuff and it says i need to download environment 2.0 or some shit.
It says it is available below but it shows nothing

from what it states..

you need The GIMP for Windows (version 2.2.10) & to download GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment

theres the installer and 2 Environment files on that page.. download w/e Environment go's with your windows version
