some vet could start a crew.. for a friend.. make it get first.. then give leadership to nuub friend for w/e reason @_@

If you tell that "friend" how the game works, he can start the crew and you have got the same... Or you tell your friend he has not to play, only running that crew -.-

or you could start a crew and that vet give you crew wins ...
