The Porsche GT3 has a PF of right around 840 or so, depending on how you mod it out. Of course you have to be level 31 to buy the car, so you lover level drivers are stuch with the NSX, the S2000 or the Skyline but the only way to get level 35 is to have the 4150 or so IM's you can acheive only by cruising till you stop in the GT3 fully pimped out.

that should have been LOWER LEVEL drivers, not love level drivers
