most likely boost. HI is a gradual increas in theft, starting at 4k. so i doubt that was it. boost, remember some guy got fined like over 5mil for getting caught once?

it was even more likely that he tried to CJ someone, cuz the boosting fines aren't that bad, but the CJ fines can be a b1tch. ask monte or midnite rider about it, they know more than i do.lol.
