i think that it should be an auto-decline if no response is given in 60 seconds

why would you watch tv and play at the same time. if you watch tv atleast be still sitting in the computer chair. but if your getting up to watch tv then sign off. but if your still sitting there its not hard to just refresh every 45 seconds.
