i think this should be removed. it woul make it easier on sleepers and its not liek you can tell how much power a car has by looking at it so it is unrealistic

rhs has it right...and yea it might make some things more difficult but it would be fun to have a completely stock looking bucket beat a souped up gt2 without the porsche driver having a clue

Umm..I think you are pretty close, but I thought it was like this:
Green = 100 Below - 100 Above
Red = 101+ Below - 101+ Above

But back when it first started I thought it was:

Green = You have a good Chance of Winning
Red = No Chance of Winning..

I may be wrong though.
