I've also removed the "Get out" of your car option.. It looks like everyone is just getting out so they can't be raced.

Ok.. so I've updated the racing.
You can only gain experience if you CHALLENGE someone and WIN. If you challenge and lose, you will lose the RISK amount. You can only race people where you have enough cash to cover the Risk amount.
The person being challenged loses nothing and gains nothing from winning or losing. You will not lose money for losing, and you will not gain experience/cash for winning/losing.

can u add a feature then,you have to be in a car before logging off,cuz you can just buy like a crx..get in it sell it and have no car when ya logg off.

I tested racing against a guy with negative NW and ended up winning but getting negative money!! Thank God for the 'help' function...lol!
