Right now you get practically no EXP for money or pink slip races in Rev 3. I propose a change to the EXP for those only.

I propose that we make the EXP for money/slip races according to the amount of money/car online. If it wouldn't be too hard maybe do something like you get 1 EXP for every 10k or every 100k that is on the line. That way you get something. Right now I got 6 EXP when I beat 90teg2 for pinks, and I got 0 exp when I beat Tread for pinks...to me seems like a waste doing pinks besides passing people cars.

Also not a fan of the 30 second delay in races going through.
