Ok so what about something like this for crew races. Crews have a crew and race like back in the day but make it so each crew race there is an allocated "driver" who is a member of the crew.
The final drag time would be based on the current "drivers" level so there for each driver in the crew's times will be different as most of the time levels vary. Also make it so the driver for the crew race goes in order, so leader than #2 then #3 etc or even make it random so that means crew races between top crews should always be fair.
