The problem is, there has to be a "cap" somewhere, and being that there has to be one, that means that multiple people can reach it.

Since my car can technically run no faster than yours, it has to be based on who hits it first, rather than who runs the fastest.

With all that being said, I suggested in the past they limit how many times you can enter IDE. Im not even going to begin to name what or how they could limit it, but it could easily be done.

I suggested this because I agree that spamming IDE is not the proper way to have it set up. It should still be based on who hits it first, but the same person shouldnt be able to hit hit hit hit hit infinite amount of times
