yea i cheakd that site out thanks angie .

well ive fully stoped ..chewing some gum and shit .. which the doc gave me to get me off the ciggys .. tastes like ass (the big bad dirty ones anyway) but at the same time makes me not crave a ciggy so it cud be worse .. real test will be this weekend when im on the piss.

ive been told it takes 6mnths for your body to clear the shit gained from smoking outa ya system so guess i still got a while to go lol
