in saying that could cause alot of prblms ..
top guys would be able to get mint as home securty ..
depending on how expncive it was.
also that would make HI harder ... so the top HI would prbly be droped..so that taget of 100 HI to get that extra 12 credits would need to br droped.
could be an idea if it was refined and emplyed right.
