Yup already been suggested but I like the idea of it though...
I wouldnt say give it to the top 10 crews because there are only 2-3 real crews that actually try per round so I would say have the person from the 1st place crew who helped the most get the MVP Icon...
Or maybe have a "Top 10 Crew Models Gained" in the Statistics and the winner gets the icon because it would suck if you had MVP in your crew so they booted you to get the icon. This would help from preventing that and you can really see who actually gets there wins online rather then offline races.
