because you have a long list of medels why do you want to make things harder for the new guys they are just like all of you used to be and are working far harder for what they are getting then all of you ever did for your medels, its oblivous you dont much like new players as every session the top 3 crews are full of the vets players with 4 or more medels and occasionally the new guy with 2 or 3 medels, only players you care about who are new are friends of friends or family
is this the wrong way to play this game

Oh the vets dont like noobs getting icons? Look at our crew, we have taught them what its like to be in a crew in contention for top, taught them what it takes to succeed.
