Yeah a domain name is cheap and can include hosting. You can get a .info for 2.88 a year or something. Or do a search for free email. A quick google returned this for instance:
http://www.zzn.com/membersarea_en/home.asp
With that you could do [email protected] for instance. There are a bunch of services like that if you look.
