I think it'd be cool if somehow you can like reward crew members for gaining X amount of CM's and maybe have some kind of reward not sure maybe have like X number of reward points and be able to do something with them i duno just thought it was a pretty cool idea. Please critique it if ya dont like this idea and what could make it better!
