um im drunk but ill try my best to get this done lol im a noob myslf tho dude remember that ... ok to lvl up u need EXP right ...u need a set amount of EXP to get be able to lvl up ...to get EXP u have to race against other drivers either online or offline,once u have the amount of EXP needed to reach the nxt lvl it will have in bright green nxt to your EXP thing on your garage page at 100%....once u have reached this then go to the "driver tranning" thing and make sure u have enough cash to buy the nxt lvl...then u do it all again 4 the nxt lvl wen u have enough EXP ...hope this helps ...man i should become a writer
