I just wanted to check and see if there was any updates available on the purchase of credits issues. It has no been more than 48 hours since I posted my original PayPal transaction ID and asked for it to be fixed and I have not gotten so much as a simple, "we are working on it" reply to any of my posts, emails or PM's.
I also submitted an email 24 hours ago about the additional failure of credits bought through IPay and no response to that issue either.
Can I please get an update or a refund of the purchases so that I can feel like someone is at least paying attention to the issue?
