Trying to give a n00b a 1600 pr car is like trying to buy off a straight cop. Ain't gonna happen. I'm not going to spend half an hour (I tried once... with a non-noob.. god it was painful!) trying to give away a car either.

Like I said.. it's stupid. I suggest that it be changed. End of suggestion.

As for top 25.. unless you have a garage full of (insert value more than piddly 1.6mil here) mil cars... you ain't got a shot in hell at top 25.
