I'm pretty sure this is a game bug,,, it makes no sense for it not to be being how many hitters there are in this game it just promotes people to stay offline instead of playing.

yeah, so far what i've noticed is if you don't have any calenders, you're safe from hitters getting anything. but hitters don't get fined anything for caughts either.
