Make level unlock for tuning,

I.e level 1-4 is light mods

Intake, Exhaust, Headers,
Tires, Strut bars, and possibly springs.

level 5-10
ignition, throttle body, test pipe, ecu
Brakes, coilover kits, clutch, flywheel

level 10 - 15
remainder of purchasable parts

15+
power adders, boost nos wegith reduction etc


i think the progression through times should be slower, running a car at level 1 and doing 10's times isnt realistic. you couldnt jump in a 800hp car for your first driving leason and do a 10's 1/4 mile

Muilties wer only not around when you could spam offline for CMs... as there was no point in having a muiltie ... even if you had one and it was there just gave everyone racing 1 more person to spam.

your "rewards for racing people same level as you" would being muitlies into affect more then now ... everyone wants to get ahead remember ..they would being a muitlie and keep a muiltie same level and what not to get more exp or cms.

but i do agree with your go back to Rev 3 and build with some good/decent changes well thought out and tested. not jump into a pretty much rev 4 and let it lose.

Great idea...... split tunning parts and upgrades into levels .....

to some degree your right early on you can easily keep a multi your level but i found it hard to get cash on my multi seeing as you take its IM's

suppose your right but this is the sort of thing that should have been done on the forums before this was released discussing the changes and how we the players get effected by them

Thats a good idea.

But the only hating part is, If you want to win, you will be online and thats what you do.

But right at the moment if i was a noob and i havent been able to race anyone within 6 hours. I wouldnt play, Your just lucky ive got no life haha, Just kidding!

If people want to spend let them spend, but there has to be an advantage for us, ALL noobs can be as good as others if they spend a little.

just you cant have it all evened out that everyone is in the same boat, Etc spenders, not spenders. We all like to spend it gets addictive. if your going for that medal youl spend for that medal, Big Grin

multi's aside we are looking for way to make the game both better for the high end players and the middle of the road players. and easy yet addictive for the low end players.

Fully Agreed ...

insaying that this is beta testing ..prehaps when his is over they may run a normal "rev 3" and have some beta testers to sort all this ...then maybe have anther 5 day tester with everyone after that when its all mostly sorted etc ...

its a bit of a shambles as is
