Think i mite have an answer for the im's problem.
I think its only works off your base PF. instead of including the parts u install that aid PF aswell.

when u race u dont get IM's.
Like before you could race upto x3 your pf and still gain IM's
Now it apperas you can only race upto x3 your cars factory PF for ims.
Example:
Factory PF 50
PF with Mods: 675
once i achieve over 150 ims. i no longer any from racing....
I baught this up previously but it is allways ignored...

Also cant sell parts in your inventory. or see the parts in your inventory to sell..
Also buaght this up during beta once again it was over looked,,,,,
