I vote that you either change the color, or across the icon put 31+, but I would imagine that it would be better if you had it behind a platinum backing, and then the 21-30 behind a gold backing. Also make it to where you can not have both, if you won the 21-30, then went on to win the 31+ it would wipe out your 21-30, giving you the better standing.
