I thought ray fixed the bug for ide were sometimes the slower person still has the top time

If you look in bugs section, Admin/Cresent posted saying that it doesn't matter what the speed is, it's the TIME that counts. Time on the run and time on when the person ran it define who's taking IDE..

plus jsut because you ran a faster mph doesn't mean you won, there could be alot of factors to why you lost like did his r/t just kill yours? ect...
