Why does it say when I try to buy credits that i have already got a membership to this site.

sorry this response is alittle late, but you can only buy credits through CCBill once every 3 days I believe it is. So you have to either use a different card, or just wait the alloted time. This is done by CCBill to ensure that the CC is real and not stolen.
