So it would be great if when you ban someone, it actually stops them from sending you race invites. Im tired of losing my models to people that I have banned and having my tuning sessions interrupted by some jerk, PLUS then I ruin my RAD score in the process.

have you actually looked at the RAD. I know they say you lose 3 RAD, but I have seen people lose non...and I have seen people lose them all.

yeah RAD has little effect in the game

in the past it has added 1 Import Model to your total, so having 1k+ RAD, it made a difference...now the cap is 401, so its not that much of a difference

yeah RAD apparently affects your luck in home invasions and model recruitments and such. That's what I read in the FAQ I think.
