no you can't make ever close to the 845 million like that, i had my net at 160 mill all callies worked, and got right at 712 million and can't get any better

And I would assume the formulas have been changed or it wouldn't be possible to make level 35 since the previous sessions you needed to be 34 to make the kind of money it takes to pay for 33 now.

ya if you're trying to level up and you only HI it gets pretty lame. everytime you home invade someone you have to sell all the crap that you get and just keep the cash. and no one ever has enough cash to steal so you can level up. so home invading and leveling up is not cool. aka i only want your cash.
