As for the speculation to the average skill level of my crew... come on, I got two people in the crew with high levels, everyone else is below 20 and so is our average.

ok I lied, I have declined a few of you guys but my crew would kill me if I screwed us up and ya gotta play the game the way it's built. Change the way the crew thing works and send away I'll accept. But until then.... I like being in the top ten lol
