Wat i cnt get over is EVERYONE!!! who is going to win something. eg top crew. top racer. ide is cheating???
so if there not getting in trouble for it then why dosent every single person just cheat then there would be no advantage to the cheaters.
apart from the smart cheaters who learn to cheat better than the other cheaters. so it would come down to the most logical smartest cheater...
