This whole round, every insurance payment I have recieved, has been for $0. Please fix this. "Your Home Insurance covered your recent loss and has paid you 60% of the damages for a total of $0. The cash has already been added to your account."

Insurance was always paying you out. It was just displaying the amount as $0. This has been fixed already. Thanks.

Wrong, the payments were not received. The total amount of cash on hand didn't change a single $ after receiving payments.
