if your a non-member and get a members only car, can you race it? or even buy parts for it?
another, when i accept a race, i can change my vehicle while i have a pending race. is that supposed to happen?

i dont know about paying parts for a members-only car(i would bet prolly not) but i have a nice Corvette ZO6 that i race with and i dont have a membership

yes, despite your driver level, member or not, you can race ANY car you steal or win in pink slip race.
