One man crew car?

I believe if you need 6 players to build a crew car you should have 6 players in crew to race. We have a one man crew racing in crew races that is way fast cause he is a one man crew. I believe something should be done about this cause its not fair for other crews. For instance if i was a one man crew i would be the fastest crew car. Please mod can you fix it so you can only enter crew car in races with 6players minimum. Thank you
