I figured I would start this up instead of in the new admin post. I just wanted to know what the point of spending is when you spend at the start you will just get your nw up and then you will not be able to race anyone?

thats what u think..people (like me) have already found away around that whole NW gap thing...and its a very simple concept that u will have to figure out urself if u do not understand...

use ap as ur tool
and the point is no matter what everyone is regulated so by spending ul have those extra levels on every one regardless

So what I see happening is basically no more level partners. And probably lower levels and networth for everyone in the end.
