just play around in the tnt until you get it right. add 1 point to a number and see if the 60' time gets higher or lower. if it gets lower, you're going in the right direction. do that for the rest of them until you get the lowest 60' time that you can
about the tuning, at level 15 your best et should be about 9.57 and sometimes power doesn't matter at all if you know how to tune. I've had a car at level 15 with 600 power running 9.57

yea i know how to TnT... and ive been hitting 9.5's but mainly 9.6's which is how it used to be
